Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 10–15+ years in automotive product development with deep experience in both ADAS and IVI systems.
• Expertise in: o Perception systems (camera, radar, lidar) o Embedded software development (C++, Python, Java/Kotlin) o Infotainment platforms (Android Automotive, QNX, Linux) o Vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet) o Functional safety and cybersecurity standards o Cloud connectivity, OTA, and telemetry systems
• Proven track record in building and delivering complex, cross-domain automotive products.
• Ability to define scalable product strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and leading enterprise-level programs.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills with senior executives, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in software-defined vehicle architectures.
• Background in AI/ML applied to driver assistance or user personalization.
• Prior involvement in global vehicle launches.
• Familiarity with digital twin, simulation, and virtual validation environments.
