EXPLEO USA is looking for an ADAS Vehicle Test Driver to join a dynamic and expanding team in Troy, Michigan. What’s in It for You? Work directly with cutting-edge automotive technology in real-world environments Grow your expertise with advanced driver training opportunities Collaborate with a team that values communication, safety, and continuous improvement Play a direct role in ensuring the performance and safety of next‑generation ADAS systems Your Role & Responsibilities Carry out in‑vehicle data capturing and testing across multiple ADAS-related projects Operate, troubleshoot, and debug vehicle test equipment, escalating issues to the team Maintain strict adherence to driving logs, testing procedures, and in-house policies Communicate vehicle issues directly with control and engineering teams Understand the functions being tested and identify challenging real-world use cases Attend review meetings and provide detailed feedback on test runs and findings Input data into MS Excel and prepare clear, organized test reports Follow all Health & Safety guidelines while maintaining the highest safety standards Support internal or customer onsite visits as needed Complete annotation tasks and other team requests during low driving demand periods Review annotations to ensure compliance with all annotation rules Travel as required, including for advanced driver training at OEM sites Requirements: 5+ years in relevant vehicle testing or related roles Experience driving vehicles in a professional capacity Ability to install, operate, and troubleshoot aftermarket automotive equipment Proficiency with PC operation and standard software tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliability, dependability, and a strong commitment to safety Full clean driving record Prior ADAS testing experience Experience using data logging or automotive diagnostics tools Mechanical or electrical aptitude related to in-vehicle test systems Experience within automotive R&D environments What We Offer At Expleo USA, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration.
