Description: BS Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in vehicle testing, ADAS, or vehicle performance evaluation. This position is focused on testing and evaluating advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) in Client and competitor vehicles. The role involves driving vehicles on test tracks and public roads, collecting and analyzing performance data, and contributing to ADAS control system validation. Domestic travel to vehicle test locations may be required. Hands-on experience with Level 3 hands-free driving systems, vehicle instrumentation, and ADAS data collection is highly valued. Experience with autonomous driving technologies from companies like Waymo, Zoox, Tesla, or Cruise is a plus.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in vehicle testing, ADAS, or vehicle performance evaluation
  • Hands-on experience with Level 3 hands-free driving and ADAS performance testing
  • Experience with vehicle instrumentation and data collection
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to drive extensively on public roads and test tracks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in autonomous driving or ADAS companies such as Waymo, Zoox, Tesla, or Cruise
  • Hands-on work with systems like Tesla FSD, Ford BlueCruise, or GM Super Cruise
  • Experience with PSE processes or structured testing protocols
  • Familiarity with cross-functional engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hands-on vehicle testing for ADAS and vehicle performance evaluation
  • Drive Client and competitor vehicles on test tracks and public roads
  • Support vehicle instrumentation setup for data collection
  • Collect, analyze, and report performance data on ADAS functionalities
  • Create detailed test reports and recommendations
  • Collaborate with a team of ~10 engineers to evaluate vehicle control systems
  • Follow and contribute to PSE processes and testing protocols
  • Domestic travel to test locations as required
