We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to lead a small team of product analysts, partner deeply with Product and Engineering, and raise the bar for how we measure, learn, and make decisions. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can set direction, operate independently, and influence executive stakeholders while still staying close to the work.

Requirements

  • Strong product analytics foundation: you have owned product metrics, funnel analysis, retention/cohort work, and north-star measurement in a product-led environment. Preference for experience in customer-facing products.
  • 2–3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of growing and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Experience partnering with executives and senior cross-functional leaders, and influencing decisions without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong judgment on data quality, instrumentation, and metric definitions (you know when the data is wrong, and how to fix it).
  • Experience building or scaling experimentation programs.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, and experience working with modern analytics tooling (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Mode, Omni or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills: you can make complex analysis understandable and useful.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of product analysts, including coaching, hiring, and setting a high standard for analytical quality and impact.
  • Own product measurement strategy across key surfaces, funnels, and customer journeys. Define success metrics, guardrails, and instrumentation expectations.
  • Partner with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM to shape roadmap priorities and evaluate tradeoffs with data.
  • Drive insight to action, translating ambiguous questions into clear analyses, recommendations, and decisions.
  • Build scalable analytics systems, including experimentation practices (A/B testing), self-serve reporting, and data quality processes.
  • Tell compelling stories with data for executive audiences, including concise narratives, clear visuals, and actionable next steps.
