Requirements

  • Business Process Improvement Analyze processes, identify solutions, and recommend risk-reduction strategies using advanced technology and lean/agile approaches.
  • Data Analytics Research and interpret tariff-related data; present insights through charts, graphs, and reports.
  • Communication & Negotiation Provide Executive level communications and summaries. Communicate effectively across all levels, adapt messaging for diverse audiences, and lead complex negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Matrix Management Build networks, foster collaboration across functions, and drive consensus in a matrix environment.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis Develop and advise on cost-benefit analyses aligned with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Procurement Expertise Solve complex procurement challenges, coach others, and build strong relationships across business functions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Influence across organizational boundaries to drive tariff reduction and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive development and implementation of global tariff governance processes and tools.
  • Provide project management support to category teams and collaborate across product groups, procurement and supply chain organizations to reduce cost and supply risk.
  • Partner with RISM transformation teams, RISM Product facing and site teams, category managers, buyers, and SDEs to design process and data solutions using the PROcure suite and other applications.
  • Champion strategic initiatives to minimize tariff costs, including best practice standardization, tool development, and training deployment.
