The Opportunity: The Sr Manager Process Enablement is an internal project manager with a consultant mindset and hands-on approach. This is an execution-focused role that strengthens the effectiveness, scalability, and consistency of the Development & Clinical Sciences (DCS) organization. This role partners closely with the Development Leadership Team, functional teams and program teams to design and implement programs, tools, and processes that enable growth and evolving our ways of working. The role is ideal for a Senior Manager–level professional who thrives on execution and has strong project leadership, communication and change management experience.
