A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values. A Senior Printing Manager- Overnight Production role entails leading with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, relationship building, communication and strategic thinking. You will foster a “safety first” culture through awareness, training and accountability. Your guidance will help other production leaders achieve established standards of service, quality, accuracy and productivity. Utilize critical thinking to assess the business and develop short-term and long-term plans that will drive process efficiencies. Getting to know your team and championing their unique strengths will motivate and inspire them to reach higher. With your support, both teams and individuals will improve through their clear understanding of goals and expectations, mutual accountability and regular constructive feedback. Your skills for planning and execution will take center stage as you set individual and team priorities and proactively structure resources to meet them. Open and clear communication will be key to presenting the big picture, and your commitment to “walk the walk” will show solidarity as you spend time on the floor every day, observing and interacting with your team members. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering on other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Director of Target Printing Services.
