The company employs c.4,100 employees across North America (1,600 employees) and Europe (2,500 employees). The Role We are recruiting for a Printing Lead at our manufacturing site. This is a hands‑on production leadership role responsible for overseeing printing operations, ensuring high quality output, maintaining safety and process standards, and driving continuous improvement in printing performance. Location & Hours This role is based at our site and will involve shift work to support continuous manufacturing. Specific shift patterns will be discussed at interview. As a Printing Lead you will Lead the day‑to‑day printing operations, ensuring machines run to schedule and meet quality standards. Supervise and coach a small team of operators, allocating tasks, monitoring performance and supporting development. Set up and configure printing equipment and tooling for jobs, including colour matching, registration and print adjustments. Diagnose and resolve routine mechanical, electrical and process faults in partnership with the Engineering team. Maintain accurate production and quality records, complete job tickets and log corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, shorten set‑up times and improve first‑time quality. Work closely with Quality, Engineering and Production Planning to deliver customer requirements and minimise downtime. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and environmental procedures and support site audits where required. Support the installation and commissioning of new printing equipment and participate in planned maintenance and improvement projects. Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management. What you will bring to the role Experience working with printing technologies in a manufacturing environment specifically off set printing. Practical knowledge of machine set‑up, colour control and basic trouble‑shooting. Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience with the ability to motivate and develop others. Good numeracy and record‑keeping skills and a practical approach to problem solving. Committed to Health & Safety, quality and continuous improvement.
