The role is onsite in Westford, Massachusetts and is an integral part of the leadership team in helping to maximize execution, build strategy, and ensure the team is meeting financial and customer commitments. This unique role encompasses Program Controls Finance, Pricing, and Scheduling due to the entity being a hGoodrich business and operating as a wholly owned subsidiary. This role is essential for establishing transparent finance processes and decision making to assist leadership in the continued growth of this business. Excellent communication skills are required for interactions with, and guidance for, cross-functional leadership teams.
