About The Position

The Flex Senior Manager, Power of M Performance Management plays a critical role in protecting and optimizing top-line performance across the U.S. & Canada portfolio by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving pre- and post–DTT cutover revenue performance issues. This role functions as a cross-domain performance problem solver and project manager, ensuring that material performance degradation is rapidly surfaced, root causes are clearly identified, and remediation efforts are aligned, prioritized, and executed across a complex, multi-domain technology and business ecosystem. This role partners closely with Revenue Management Field Support, Commercial Analytics, Digital, Distribution, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure that system behavior, data integrity, workflows, and business execution are working as intended. The position acts as a central point of coordination when issues span multiple platforms, tools, or working groups, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong collaboration, and timely resolution through either workarounds or permanent defect fixes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue management, performance analytics, digital/distribution, or commercial technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple systems, tools, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue performance drivers, including pricing, demand, distribution, and digital conversion.
  • Proven ability to diagnose complex, ambiguous performance issues and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience operating as a project manager or workstream lead across matrixed teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large-scale technology transformations or system cutovers.
  • Familiarity with digital travel platforms, CRS, RMS, pricing, distribution, or analytics ecosystems.
  • Hospitality industry experience within a multi-brand, multi-market environment.
