About The Position

A bit about this role: As Senior Manager, Population Health Strategy & Operations, you will ensure our clinical programs engage the right members at the right time, that each interaction connects members to the right next care, and that our interactions help build highly accurate and clinically meaningful pictures of our members' health and their treatment needs. This role sits at the intersection of clinical performance, systems thinking, and refining and building complex systems to improve our performance at scale. Reporting to the Head of Population Health with high visibility across executive leadership, you will serve as both a strategist and a business partner. You will shape the roadmap for our advanced targeting systems, refine the logic that powers them, and partner with front-line clinical teams to drive better outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience driving operational performance improvement in complex, regulated, or data-rich environments.
• Scrappy execution & fast cycles.
• Strong analytical thinking and toolkit.
• Demonstrated leadership impact.
• Operational architect.
