About The Position

Deep, hands-on functional expertise across end-to-end PLM processes, including product structure management, document/CAD control, engineering change, configuration/variants, release management, and manufacturing handoff. Strong knowledge of BOM disciplines (EBOM/MBOM/SBOM where relevant), revision control, effectivity (date/unit/serial), and product configuration logic. Experience driving process standardization, governance, and cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing. Solution design experience across the product lifecycle, including: Product definition and structure (Part/BOM/EBOM/MBOM alignment) Document management and CAD data control Engineering change management (ECR/ECO/ECN) and approvals Configuration and variant management (options, revisions, effectivity) New Product Introduction (NPI) and stage-gate governance Standardize and harmonize PLM processes across business units/sites while enabling necessary local variation through controlled configuration. Demonstrated experience leading or owning functional workstreams for PTC Windchill implementations (new deployment, upgrade, consolidation, or re-architecture). Strong understanding of Windchill functional configuration concepts: lifecycles, workflows, roles/ACLs, object types, attributes, classification, baselines, and change objects. Ability to facilitate Windchill fit-gap workshops and translate needs into implementable configurations. Lead end-to-end PTC Windchill implementation programs: discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, requirements, configuration/design, build oversight, test/UAT, cutover, and hyper care. Experience with Windchill integrations to ERP (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools, MES/QMS, and enterprise integration platforms (APIs, middleware). Proven ability to lead PLM data migration, data governance, and data quality initiatives at scale. Strong program/product leadership skills: agile/hybrid delivery, backlog prioritization, release planning, risk/issue management, and value realization. Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management; ability to influence across engineering and operations communities. Experience leading global teams and SI partners.
