Position Summary... The Senior Manager, People, leads the execution of strategic people initiatives to support business objectives and operational needs. About the team: This role on the People for People team supports the Walmart U.S. People team, enabling the group that serves nearly 1.5 million associates across the United States. What you'll do... Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance. Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and recognition. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by providing guidance and training. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Define and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives. Analyze people and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
