Lead HR strategy for the Monetization organization by aligning talent initiatives with business goals and advising leaders through organizational change. Drive workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and development programs using data-driven insights and cross-functional partnerships. Ensure consistent execution of HR practices by auditing processes, reviewing analytics, and creating action plans that enhance compliance, capability, and efficiency. Develop and mentor associates, fostering a culture of belonging, continuous learning, and high performance. Monitor compliance with HR policies and employment regulations, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and operational excellence. Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions, surface insights, and drive action across cross-functional teams. Strong capability in coaching leaders, building talent pipelines, and elevating performance and engagement. Deep knowledge of HR practices, compliance standards, and methodologies that support scalable people operations.
