Advance adoption of Amex debit capabilities Manage processing partner relationships, integrations, and compliance; regularly engage with external partners on debit Develop thorough documentation and operationally sustainable processes to ensure consistent results Negotiate complex contracts with partners and customers Create and expand relationships with key external debit partners Develop technical proficiency and requisite fluency with network capabilities, including connectivity, specifications, and processes Collaborate broadly, sharing roadmap and interoperability considerations, and thought-leadership regarding U.S. debit norms Build strong positive relationships within Amex, including network, issuing, legal, pricing, policy, technology, and relationship management teams Maintain deep and current knowledge about the payment services industry, debit and U.S. market trends, new and existing technologies, products, and services
