Leveraging our team's expertise in antibody discovery and engineering, we have created a robust pipeline of differentiated investigational therapeutic candidates for well-validated targets. Reporting to the Director of Patient Services, the Senior Manager Patient Services Operations will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across all patient services programs. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of Patient Services initiatives which includes managing key vendor partnerships, cross-functional training coordination, strategy and implementation of patient services operations and launch materials. The role also carries responsibility for Patient Services governance, strategy development, and performance tracking through KPIs. This role can be based in our Waltham, MA headquarters or fully remote. Waltham-based employees are required to be on site 3 days a week.
