The Senior Manager, Patient Services and Distribution Effectiveness serves as a key driver of performance insight and operational excellence across Acadia’s patient support and product distribution network. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic collaboration to enhance how patients navigate the onboarding, access, reimbursement, and ongoing treatment journey. In this highly cross-functional role, the Senior Manager will synthesize data from multiple sources, including HUB, Specialty Pharmacy (SP), Specialty Distributor (SD), and 3PL channels, to uncover performance trends, identify root causes, and develop actionable insights that improve patient and provider experiences. They will partner closely with colleagues across Patient Services, Distribution, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to translate insights into scalable process improvements that drive business impact and ensure patients receive timely and seamless support. The ideal candidate brings deep understanding of the pharmaceutical access and reimbursement ecosystem, advanced analytical and data visualization skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings in clear, compelling ways.
