Ophelia is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnership Implementations to take the lead on managing all implementation aspects of Ophelia’s partnership arrangements. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, enthusiastic, business development-minded individual who can drive cross-functional work efforts to completion. This person will be part of the Commercial organization, and be responsible for leading and supporting projects internally and in conjunction with clients (payors, partner organizations, and government agencies). The successful candidate will have experience in client-facing project management, relationship management, and managed healthcare (ideally in Medicaid), as well as have a strong grasp on the revenue cycle. The Senior Manager, Partnership Implementations will report to the Senior Director, Payor Strategy & Contracting, and be part of a cross-functional team working to grow Ophelia’s business across revenue streams including payors, new government programs and strategic partnerships.
