The National Women’s Law Center (NWLC) seeks a strategic and versatile Senior Manager, Partnership Development to serve as a frontline fundraiser and cross-functional partner across NWLC’s growing development efforts. This role will manage a $2M+ portfolio of donors that are heavily weighted on strategic partnerships, law firm relationships, and engagement with and from our Leadership Advisory Committee (LAC). The Senior Manager plays a central role in strengthening NWLC’s relationships across the legal community, including law firms and in-house counsel, and supports NWLC’s major engagement efforts, including the annual Gala. The ideal candidate has experience working in business development, fundraising, sales or a related field, and will work closely with senior leadership, program staff, and colleagues in Development, Communications, and Finance to ensure coordination and alignment across all fundraising efforts. This is a full-time exempt position of 37.5 hours per week. The National Women’s Law Center fights for gender justice — in the courts, in public policy, and in our society — working across the issues that are central to the lives of women and girls. We use the law in all its forms to change culture and drive solutions to the gender inequity that shapes our society and to break down the barriers that harm all of us — especially women of color, LGBTQ people, and low-income women and families. For more than 50 years, we have been on the leading edge of every major legal and policy victory for women. Find out more at NWLC.org
