About The Position

Zocdoc is looking for a Senior Manager, Influencer & Paid Social Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Group Manager, Acquisition Marketing, you’ll own the strategy and performance of our multi-million dollar Influencer and Paid Social acquisition programs—scaling both channels against strict ROAS goals while building a cohesive, omni-channel approach. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of Associates and Sr. Associates across both channels, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive measurable growth. You’ll bring equal parts creativity and analytical rigor—leveraging influencer partnerships to unlock better paid social performance, and using paid social learnings to sharpen influencer strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience driving acquisition through influencer and paid social marketing, with a proven record of strong, measurable outcomes.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing Associates/Sr. Associates.
  • Deep understanding of how to run performance programs end-to-end: strategy, creative, measurement, optimization, and scaling.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance data to set strategy, identify opportunities, guide optimizations, and tell a clear performance story.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities at once—balancing speed, quality, and impact while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Owning strategy to scale and optimize Influencer and Paid Social campaigns, ensuring performance stays aligned with business goals and ROAS targets.
  • Leading channel measurement, testing, optimization, forecasting, and budgeting—turning data into clear insights, decisions, and action plans.
  • Developing an integrated channel approach that uses influencer partnerships to strengthen paid social creative, targeting, and performance.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders (e.g., Creative, Brand, Analytics, Product, Finance, Legal/Compliance) and external partners (e.g., creators, agencies, platforms) to maximize results.
  • Building and maintaining reporting cadences that clearly communicate performance, learnings, and next steps to marketing leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Managing and developing a high-performing team across Influencer and Paid Social—setting clear goals, creating operating rhythm, and supporting growth and progression.
