  • Optimize workflows and resource allocation to meet growing creative needs.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, creative strategy, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams producing large volumes of high-quality content.
  • Deep understanding of paid social landscapes, formats, and creative best practices across multiple platforms.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating brand strategy and performance goals into actionable creative frameworks.
