About The Position

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Oracle technology at PwC will focus on utilising and managing Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. As part of the Business Application Consulting team you shall lead the creation and implementation of impactful Oracle technology solutions. As a Senior Manager you shall guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You shall leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen of industry-leading business trends, the firm’s client service offerings, and professional industry networks to deliver quality results to clients and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies. Additionally, you shall build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12 years of experience
