About The Position

At PwC, the Manager, Oracle Cloud Technical Lead specializes in consulting services for business applications, particularly focusing on Oracle suite of software and technologies. This role involves helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. The individual will enhance their leadership style, motivate, develop, and inspire others, coaching team members, leveraging their strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With a growing knowledge of business, the Manager identifies opportunities that contribute to the firm's success, leading with integrity and authenticity, and embracing technology and innovation. As part of the Oracle Technology team, this role oversees and drives the implementation of Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services for client engagements. Responsibilities include supervising, developing, and coaching teams, managing client service accounts, and leading assigned client engagement workstreams by solving complex problems and developing top-quality deliverables. The Manager will also build relationships and collaborate with client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives, and lead a team of onshore and offshore technical professionals, coordinating development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience
