About The Position
About the Role: Join our dynamic global finance team and lead international accounting operations across multiple markets. This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure accurate reporting, drive compliance, and influence strategic decisions that shape our global footprint. What You'll Do: Own the month-end close and annual audits for international entities. Implement best-in-class controls and processes to streamline global reporting. Collaborate with tax and treasury teams to optimize strategies and cash flow. Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership to support growth and expansion. Mentor and develop a talented accounting team. Play a key role in international expansion projects-occasional travel is included! What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred. 8+ years of experience in international accounting; Big 4 background a plus. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex global operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Experience in direct sales or MLM industry is a bonus. Requirements
