We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to lead strategic initiatives across new benefit offerings, experience optimization, foundational systems, and fraud & abuse mitigation. This role is critical to scaling and safeguarding the Walmart+ program while elevating member satisfaction, maximizing recurring revenue, and minimizing potential loss due to fraud & abuse.
