THE ROLE: Senior Sales Manager, Walmart & Sam's: EMJ is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Sales Manager to help grow our proudly B-Corp business at Walmart and Sam’s Club. The Senior Sales Manager will support the Senior Director of Sales in growing Every Man Jack's Walmart and Sam's Club business. This person will have operational responsibility from day one—owning forecasts, timelines, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Over time, they will grow to fully own the Beard category and our Holiday programs at Walmart, and the Sam's Club business, building buyer relationships, leading meetings independently, and using data analytics to drive category growth. The role requires strong decision-making and the ability to work independently, with guidance from the Sr. Director, while maintaining an efficiency and growth-oriented mindset. The Sr. Sales Manager reports directly to the Sr. Sales Director with additional support from Sales Planning, Shopper Marketing, and Broker Partners. Opportunities for new experiences to demonstrate leadership and growth are limitless.
