About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Operations is responsible for the oversight, performance, and continuous improvement of Timex Group’s international third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations across Europe and APAC. This role owns operational execution, inventory integrity, service performance, and cost management for key international 3PL partners while supporting broader supply chain transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Global Distribution & Logistics, this role acts as the primary senior interface between Timex Group and its international warehousing partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field, preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in international supply chain or distribution operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing 3PL warehouse partners across multiple regions
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and performance governance
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams
  • Experience operating in both APAC and European logistics environments
  • Background in large-scale supply chain transformation or network redesign initiatives
  • Experience with shared services or offshore operating models
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar operating budgets

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for international 3PL warehouse operations across APAC and Europe.
  • Own performance management for key 3PL partners.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, reconciliation discipline, and adherence to global inventory control standards.
  • Drive service-level performance including on-time shipping, order accuracy, and throughput.
  • Partner with Finance to manage warehouse budgets, cost controls, and productivity initiatives.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance governance with international 3PL partners.
  • Support major supply chain initiatives including network optimization, ERP enhancements, and regional transitions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Order Management, Transportation, IT, and Commercial teams.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement and automation opportunities across international operations.
