The Walmart+ Member Operations team is responsible for building a scalable operations foundation that consistently delivers exceptional member experiences. We identify and solve priority member issues and lead cross-functional initiatives to implement effective and efficient solutions. We are hiring a Senior Manager to join our team enhancing member benefit effectiveness and innovating the future member experience. What you'll do... What You’ll Do…. Deeply understand member benefit experience problems and their root causes using an understanding of member needs, member feedback, knowledge of benefit operations processes, and performance data. Develop structured problem-solving frameworks and conduct experiments to validate the most impactful hypotheses. Craft data-driven business cases for benefit improvement recommendations, achieving cross-functional partner buy-in and securing leadership support and resourcing. Collaborate with cross-functional working groups to develop multi-phase change implementation plans. Experience partnering with data science and analytics teams. You’ll Wow Us If…. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or product management.
• Experience partnering with data science and analytics teams.
• Supervising Associates, Working on cross-functional teams or projects
• Masters, Masters: Operations Management
