About The Position

About Operations Strategy, Support & Store Fulfillment Our team enables operational excellence across Walmart stores by ensuring fulfillment strategies are executable, scalable, and aligned to business priorities. We partner across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, and Operations to simplify execution for associates while delivering strong customer outcomes. In this role, you will represent Store Fulfillment in seasonal planning forums, ensuring operational readiness, influencing key decisions, and driving accountability across partners during the most critical times of the year. Lead the seasonal strategy and performance execution for Store Fulfillment, serving as the primary stakeholder across omni seasonal initiatives. This role ensures seasonal plans are operationally executable in stores, proactively identifies performance risks, and drives measurable impact across GMV, pre-sub, and associate experience. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape seasonal readiness at scale, influence cross-functional teams, and own the Store Fulfillment narrative pre-, during-, and post-peak. What you'll do... Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
