About The Position

Position Summary... This role is responsible for leading and executing projects, managing business solutions, and driving operational improvements as it relates to Spark Driver/Shopper performance. The position requires strong project management, continuous improvement, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and people leadership skills, all while upholding Walmart’s values of respect, integrity, service, and excellence.
