About Trust & Safety Governance - LMD: Our Trust & Safety Governance team safeguards platform integrity by establishing policies, standards, and controls that promote safety, fairness, and compliance. Working closely with Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering, we design scalable frameworks to manage risk, close policy gaps, and align with regulatory requirements. Define and implement data governance frameworks, business rules, and quality standards Partner cross-functionally to document data lineage and mitigate data risks Monitor data health, drive issue resolution, and ensure policy compliance Lead operational projects, and develop reporting tools Mentor associates and foster a culture of integrity and excellence What You’ll Bring... The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, project management, and cross-functional leadership
- Expertise in data governance, analytics, or finance systems
- Track record of process improvement and operational tool development
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
