This role will work in concert with the GM and other team leaders to create best practices across process, efficiency, and impact for Overtime's apparel business. This role will critically evaluate current workflows throughout our product lifecycle and work towards building our End-To-End Calendar, managing 3PL logistic oversight with greater communication and alignment across our business. They must possess strong leadership skills as they are ultimately responsible for driving cross-functional process improvement and adoption. As our Senior Manager of Operations - Lifestyle & Apparel, you'll lead the charge on making sure Overtime's apparel machine runs smoothly from idea to inventory. You'll work across design, product development, production, logistics, and ecomm to ensure a seamless and collaborative product lifecycle. That means:
