We are seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Analytics to lead insights, forecasting, and analytics strategy across Poshmark’s core operational functions, including Payments, Fraud, Shipping, Authentication, Customer Support, and Revenue Accounting. This role will manage a high-performing, cross-geo analytics team, partnering closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to inform both day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical expertise with proven people leadership, executive communication skills, and a passion for building a data-driven culture in a fast-paced, high-scale environment. You will be able to skillfully navigate our data stack and support cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams. You take ownership, make critical decisions, and build teams that operate with the same accountability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with 4+ years in people leadership.
  • Marketplace, ecommerce, or social media experience preferred; operational (payments, fraud, shipping, customer support) or financial (revenue and cost accounting, forecasting) analytics a plus.
  • Experience managing managers and ICs (cross-geo teams a plus), with a passion for developing people and building data-driven teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with modern data stacks and BI tools.
  • Ability to execute effectively amid ambiguity and evolving priorities, with enthusiasm for defining and building in uncertain environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own analytics delivery and insights across Operations and Accounting, spanning Payments, Fraud, Trust & Safety, Shipping, Customer support, and Revenue-related workflows.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Poshmark’s operational processes, data systems, and key performance drivers to deliver timely, high-impact insights.
  • Lead and manage a cross-geo team, providing regular review, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for Director, VP, and Executive-level stakeholders, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and senior business and technology leaders to inform roadmap, prioritize testing, and shape business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and the broader Data organization to improve data quality, reporting, and analytics foundations and processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes through data.
  • Foster a culture of analytical rigor, ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Contribute to the evolution and scaling of the Operations Analytics function over time.
