About The Position

Direct the overall development and management of the Taean Project (504MW). Manage JV agreements and partnerships with CIP/COP and KOWEPO. Lead multi-disciplinary teams (PMO, EPC, Commercial) to deliver project milestones on time and within budget. Oversee project complexity to provide solutions for economic viability. Present decision materials to the Steering Committee to secure sponsor approvals. Act as the Development Director within the project SPC (TWP), providing strong leadership to all stakeholders. Maintain active engagement with authorities and communities to ensure project support. Provide regular project updates and strategic insights to line management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environment, Business, Economics, Politics, Commercial or relevant disciplines. A Master’s is a plus
• Experience in offshore major project development and/or energy, infrastructure projects
• Experience in managing a large project, minimum $50m and team
• Ability to communication in Korean and English
• Ability to represent the project effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Collaborative approach with the ability to engage, listen, learn, and mentor others
• Structured working style aligned with company frameworks and processes
• Strong relationship management and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to balance competing priorities (e.g., technical vs. commercial considerations, environmental vs. technical requirements)
• Strong risk management awareness with the ability to present alternative perspectives and recommend balanced solutions
