Our suite of SaaS solutions empowers creative teams at every stage of production. We offer award-winning platforms, helping organizations manage their video workflows and reach their audiences more efficiently. Our tools support everything from scripting and production collaboration to OTT streaming and monetization. As the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing , you will work at the intersection of product, marketing and sales to orchestrate high-impact GTM campaigns to support pipeline growth. You will focus on collaborating with Iconik and Wildmoka partners, shaping our positioning and executing on the GTM partnership plan. This role is ideal for a data-driven self-starter with a channel partner motion background, who can work on both creative marketing initiatives and data-driven strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, technology partnerships, and strategic alliances
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS ecosystem and GTM motions.
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who is able to multitask, work independently or within a team, take charge, and make things happen in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive partnership plans.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on key metrics.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Highly collaborative team player known for breaking down silos and fostering team success

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end partnership marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of key strategic partners, from cloud solutions to resellers to system integrators.
  • Work alongside our Channel Partner team to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Drive co-sell and co-marketing initiatives through marketplaces and partner programs to generate a new pipeline and accelerate existing deals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, including tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Oversee partner events manager in planning and executing strategic partner events, including quarterly product trainings, co-marketing activations, and industry conferences, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and company goals.
  • Drive strategy and work with the Channel Partner team to represent Iconik and Wildmoka at industry events, webinars, and partner conferences in order to promote our partnerships and integrations
