About The Position

The Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing will lead the development and execution of Merchant engagement strategies that drive renewal, loyalty, and lifetime value across the One Park Financial Merchant journey. This role combines analytical insight, creative strategy, and leadership to scale lifecycle programs that deepen relationships with small business owners and support company growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
  • Strong background in campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and communications.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Analytical thinker with a proven ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on testing, optimization, and results.
  • Passion for helping small business owners succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the full lifecycle marketing strategy — from lead nurturing to Merchant retention and reactivation.
  • Design and manage multi-channel programs (email, SMS, push, etc.) that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Partner with Analytics to identify behavioral trends, segment audiences, and optimize engagement through data-driven insights.
  • Lead the planning, testing, and optimization of automated journeys to enhance personalization and Merchant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product, Operations) to align lifecycle touchpoints with business goals.
  • Manage and mentor team members to execute campaigns with excellence and consistency.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs including engagement, churn, LTV, and retention rates.
  • Support the evaluation and enhancement of CRM and marketing automation tools.
