About The Position

BCM One is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement and Execution to join our growing team! This role plays a critical part in driving enablement, optimizing processes, and leading cross‑functional initiatives that support Sales and Revenue Operations as the business continues to grow. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connector across Revenue Operations, Sales, Pricing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and technical teams. You’ll identify gaps, streamline workflows, and build practical solutions that drive adoption and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in fast‑paced and evolving environments, and is comfortable taking initiative without extensive structure. Work Locations: This is a hybrid or remote optional position with the ability to be based out of one of the following office locations: Grand Rapids, Michigan, Herndon, Virginia, Alpharetta, Georgia, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, or New York, New York. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship. Hours: Eastern Business Hours with flexibility to support international teams Travel: 10% Annually, could include international trips

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, Sales Operations, or a closely related function, supporting go‑to-market teams in a scaling organization.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or recurring‑revenue business models; telecom experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively with Sales and other teams without direct authority.
  • Hands‑on experience working with GTM tools and systems, including supporting integrations, improving workflows, and executing sales enablement initiatives that drive adoption and measurable impact across go‑to-market teams.

  • telecom experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and continuously improve GTM enablement programs, including sales onboarding, ongoing enablement, and adoption tracking.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points across processes and systems, and implement practical solutions that drive efficiency and scale.
  • Serve as a connector and liaison between business and technical teams to support process improvement, system enhancements, and tool integrations.
  • Take ownership of initiatives from discovery through delivery, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a growing, evolving environment.
