Job Description: Manager Of Discovery and Delivery, Delivery & UX The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career. The Manager of Discovery and Delivery, Delivery & UX leads the teams responsible for bringing key customer facing roadmap initiatives to life, ensuring solutions are scalable, achievable, and deliver real business impact. This role blends sharp project delivery leadership with strong usability expertise, driving work forward through deep partnership with IT, proactive partner alignment, and ownership of outcomes through postlaunch measurement. The Delivery team focuses on execution and creative problem solving, while the User Experience team employs usability research to uncover opportunities, advise clear recommendations, and craft outstanding digital flows that elevate the customer experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related experience
  • 8+ years related experience including 5+ years eCommerce experience
  • Experience with driving digital innovation strategy
  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
  • Collaborative Style
  • Analytically strong
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership and development, multi-level team leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; flexibility in taking care of changing priorities
  • This position is hybrid requiring at least two days per week in the Framingham, MA office and is not open to remote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team through execution and delivery of key initiatives on the roadmap to deliver impactful solutions to the business; constantly evaluating and influencing areas of improvement, flexibility, creative solutioning, and monitoring/measuring return on investment.
  • Align UX resources to key customer facing projects for experience design, as well as generating and maintaining usability and accessibility knowledgebase for support across the business.
  • Demonstrates an ability to drive sophisticated innovative solutions through the team, resourcefulness and strong understanding of digital landscape.
  • Maintain & share a POV on outstanding technology & features in partnership with Manager of Discovery & Roadmap.
  • Consistently collaborates and communicates with partners across several areas of the business including leaders across IT, Finance, Marketing, Loyalty, Consumer Insights, Global Communications, Product Safety.
  • Ensures all initiatives will deliver on the intended value for each project; working closely with Finance partners on effective measurement and socialization back to partners.
  • Participant socialization ensuring key business partners are informed and consulted as appropriate during all project lifecycle phases from conceptualization to post-release measurement.
  • Develops team for future growth within the department and organization.
  • Coaches staff on performance and professional development issues, motivates develops staff to achieve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate across the business to deliver solutions across the business and socialize progress/completion/performance
