As our Senior Manager of Client Success, you are responsible for owning client relationships, managing client contracts (meeting SLAs & driving renewals), utilizing R1 technology & interfacing with R1 Operations teams to continuously optimize Client KPIs, and seeking upsell/cross-sell/new sales opportunities both for the Prior Authorization business and across the Patient Experience business unit. You will communicate with clients to understand their needs and meet with C-suite level executives. To thrive in this role, you must have experience with RCM, excel in client communication, and be comfortable working with C-Suite clients.
