About The Position

As the Senior Manager of New Business, you'll own the full new business lifecycle — from pipeline strategy and prospecting to pitching and closing — with an unwavering focus on corporate brands and companies who share our values and ambitions. You'll bring seasoned market knowledge and a sharp, sales-driven instinct for opportunity, representing charity: water externally as a credible, compelling, and passionate brand ambassador with the experience to earn the trust of senior marketing, CSR, philanthropic, and brand leaders. You'll report to the Senior Director of Partnerships and serve as a primary driver of new revenue on the team, accountable for bringing new corporate partners into the fold and converting them into lasting relationships. You'll integrate this space thoughtfully into your new business strategy, with particular emphasis on growing our presence in the Nashville market and surrounding region, and a readiness to travel there frequently on a day-trip basis.
