At Klaviyo, the partnerships team prides themselves on being marketing and product experts. As a Senior Manager, MM PAMs, you will oversee a team of Partner Account Managers, ensuring they are set up for success to achieve their goals. These goals will also be met by working on a variety of initiatives that ultimately will benefit the ongoing partner experience. This includes, but is not limited to overseeing and iterating on our partner engagement model, aligning with our Partner Marketing team, and driving revenue. You will leverage strong communication and consultative skills to understand your team's needs and establish a growth strategy so that your team is able to hit various goals presented to them. The Senior Manager, MM Partner Account Managers recruits, trains, develops and supports experienced Partner Managers working within the Mid-market and enterprise segments to ensure that they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Responsible for training and developing their direct reports, while also being on top of the forecast and important leading indicators of success. In this role you are responsible for enabling your team to manage Klaviyo partners, and ensure they are articulating the value of Klaviyo, differentiating Klaviyo from other solutions, managing business development opportunities (and co-selling) with their partners, driving co-marketing alongside the ecosystem marketing team, and ensuring they are acting as a thought leaders in their space.
