The Merchandising Process Improvement team drives enterprise value by reimagining and transforming critical, cross‑functional merchandising processes. The team identifies root causes of complex challenges, defines scalable future‑state solutions, and builds the tools, processes, and capabilities that unlock meaningful business impact — including initiatives that have delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in sales growth. As Senior Manager, Merchandising Process Improvement, you will identify high‑value improvement opportunities through data analysis, benchmarking, and fact‑finding, design future‑state solutions, and lead cross‑functional implementation. Success in this role requires strong strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and exceptional influence across functions and leadership levels, as well as the ability to quickly develop deep expertise across diverse business processes.
