About the position

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Media Technology & Ad Operations. Reporting into the Director, you'll lead a team of junior Ad Operation members, managing the execution and management of third-party media trafficking, measurement solutions, and ad operations across digital and Connected TV (CTV) campaigns including: Programmatic, Search and Social channels. We're looking for someone with expertise in Google Campaign Manager (GCM), floodlight tagging, creative management, vendor integrations. Knowledge of mobile measurement solutions such as Appsflyer, Kochava (a big plus). You have advanced technical knowledge, experience managing workflows, and the communication experience with internal and external clients to ensure smooth campaign execution and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership support within internal departments and external partners supporting all trafficking needs and ensuring that all materials are received and distributed properly
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure all deliverables are accurate and provided promptly
  • Oversee the trafficking, implementation, and QA of digital campaigns across Google Campaign Manager (GCM)
  • Work with Connected TV (CTV) and mobile measurement partners to improve tracking and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage floodlight tags, pixels, and conversion tracking solutions to ensure accurate measurement and attribution
  • Ensure seamless coordination of third-party ad server integrations, tag management, and creative execution across display, video, and mobile environments
  • Help pull ad hoc reports, providing expertise, and escalating technological issues to the Associate Director
  • Work with the team to identify a standardized structure and process across accounts based on clients needs
  • Be the main contact for client and external partners regarding campaign implementation, tracking, and measurement solutions
  • Recognize recurrent or potential issues, and know when to escalate and propose solutions
  • Take clear ownership of assigned tasks

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in ad operations, media trafficking, or digital advertising technology
  • 4+ years of experience in Google Campaign Manager (GCM), floodlights, and third-party ad serving
  • 4+ years of experience with CTV ad serving, mobile app measurement, and pixel implementation
  • Experience working with measurement platforms such as Appsflyer, Kochava, Branch.io (not required but a big plus)
  • Understanding of creative formats, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and vendor management
  • Experience with troubleshooting tracking and implementation issues across multiple digital environments
  • Experience communicating complex ad tech concepts to clients and our teams in a clear manner
  • Experience handling a variety of projects and delegating tasks
