As a Senior Manager, Media Planning, you will serve as a primary client-facing leader for the Media Planning program within MARRIOTT MEDIA, Marriott’s fast-growing commerce media network. You will report to the MVP of Sales, and oversee the development, optimization, and execution of media plans for brand partners, ensuring that media strategies directly advance partner marketing and commercial objectives. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to align media strategy with business priorities, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes. This role requires strong collaboration across teams to deliver data-driven media strategies and campaign optimizations for a portfolio of MARRIOTT MEDIA brand partners. You will lead a team of media planners who partner with brand stakeholders to understand strategies & business objectives, build cohesive and innovative media plans, and triage campaign execution. Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, brand partner teams, and external agencies, you will ensure the smooth execution and performance tracking of campaigns across MARRIOTT MEDIA’s owned digital (web, email, app), offsite digital (programmatic & paid social), and on-property (guest room TV, Wi-Fi Portal) channels. You will work at both the account and campaign levels, managing forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis while providing strategic and tactical media planning support.
