About The Position

The Senior Manager, Media & Events owns the strategy, execution, and performance of corporate events, media relations and event marketing across a multi-brand healthcare platform. This role partners closely with affiliate leadership to define event marketing strategy and provides the frameworks, tools, and resources needed to enable consistent, high-impact local execution. The position is accountable for elevating events and media into scalable growth channels that drive brand awareness, physician and patient acquisition, and business development. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, operational excellence, and the ability to lead cross functional teams in a fast paced, private equity-backed healthcare environment. This is a hands-on leadership role—equal parts strategist, operator, and people leader.
