About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the enterprise master data management strategy and governance for the organization. Your leadership will guide a global team in implementing best practices, enhancing data accuracy, and driving compliance with data management standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in MDM technologies to deliver impactful solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders across the business. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Master Data Management technologies, particularly Reltio and SAP.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data platforms, Data and Analytics, Integration, and SQL technologies.
  • Prior management experience with global teams across geographies.
  • Expertise in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industries.
  • Experience managing remote teams and delivering quality solutions.
  • Comfortable with cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of OKR’s and KPI’s.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement master data management strategies utilizing SAP master data and Reltio platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of MDM professionals to drive data quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise master data management solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of master data to resolve quality issues.
  • Provide technical guidance on data integration processes between enterprise applications and MDM platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in master data management and drive continuous improvement.
