As the Sr. Manager of Retail Brand Experiences, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of localized marketing campaigns across both in-store and digital channels. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement and revenue growth through high-impact local activations, including store openings and competitive response initiatives. You will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Realty, and Merchant teams to identify key business priorities and translate them into actionable marketing strategies. You will oversee campaign execution across all channels—digital, traditional, and experiential—ensuring a cohesive and compelling customer experience. We are seeking a highly analytical, creative, and strategic marketer with a proven ability to drive measurable business results and make an immediate impact. This role reports to the Director of Retail Brand Experiences and is based in Bentonville, AR (non-remote). On the Retail Brand Experience team, our mission is to shape and guide customer behavior to build engagement beyond the transaction.
