Walmart Marketplace is seeking an experienced and insights-driven Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to lead engagement strategies that drive seller success across the end-to-end journey on our platform. In this role, you’ll develop and execute programs that promote onboarding, retention, and growth of sellers through personalized, data-informed communications across multiple owned channels—including email, SMS, in-app experiences, and Seller Center. You will design strategies aligned to key business outcomes, deepen engagement across lifecycle stages, and partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, relevant seller experiences at scale. Collaboration will be key as you'll work closely with teams in Product, Seller Success, Marketing Analytics, Content Strategy, Education, and Tech to craft impactful campaigns that empower sellers to thrive on Walmart Marketplace. This role is a key part of a team that leads seller engagement, communication and marketing for one of the fastest-growing eCommerce platforms. What you'll do... Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to drive seller adoption, activation, retention, and growth across multiple owned channels. Lead segmentation strategy and campaign design across seller lifecycle stages, identifying high-value cohorts and personalizing touchpoints based on behavioral signals. Build integrated program roadmaps aligned with business goals, collaborating with Product, Analytics, Technology, and business stakeholders. Align with creative, content strategy, and data teams to launch insights-driven campaigns across email, SMS, in-app, and Seller Center surfaces. Own key lifecycle channels, advocating for experimentation and testing frameworks, while optimizing performance through A/B and multivariate testing. Define and track success metrics , using insights to drive iterative improvements across all lifecycle initiatives. Partner with Product and CRM teams to scale marketing automation capabilities and unlock new communication tools or channels (as needed). Act as a champion for seller needs, ensuring all journey communications are timely , personalized , and tied to real business outcomes .
