About The Position

A fast-growing wellness brand is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships to lead the identification, development, and activation of strategic partnerships that expand brand authority, educational reach, and revenue opportunities. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing, sales leaders, and the founder, building relationships across the wellness, performance, clinical, and movement ecosystems. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of turning mission-aligned partnerships into meaningful brand exposure, educational initiatives, and commercial growth.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in marketing partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and executive leadership
  • Background or interest in wellness, health, performance, or movement industries

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic brand and marketing partnerships
  • Secure media, podcast, and thought leadership opportunities for the founder and brand
  • Activate partnerships across campaigns, content, email, social, and events
  • Lead partnership negotiations, sponsorships, and co-branded initiatives
  • Identify and execute event and educational partnership opportunities
  • Track partnership performance, revenue impact, and pipeline growth
