The Marketing Operations Senior Manager is the central operational link across Marketing, Product, Agency, and Sales teams, driving alignment, reducing friction, and ensuring smooth, efficient execution of campaigns, ad products and Marketing strategies. This role drives scale and consistency in campaign executions by developing and managing processes - with the lens of simplicity, efficiency and future-looking objectives – defining roles and responsibilities within the work, and reducing friction while ensuring high-quality output. It also champions adoption of tools and technology to improve automation and efficiency while supporting enterprise marketing planning and processes. You will drive speed and operational clarity for teams by conducting trainings executed in partnership with cross functional teams, communicating operational updates and information, and coordinating ongoing planning initiatives. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at our Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
